<p>This error usually means that : The installation <strong>wasn’t run with administrator privileges</strong>, or The setup <strong>failed to properly register MapWinGIS components</strong> in your system.<br /><img class="emoji" role="img" src="https://s.w.org/images/core/emoji/16.0.1/svg/1f6e0.svg" alt="&#x1f6e0;&#xfe0f;" /> To fix this:</p>

<li>Reinstall STE using <strong>“Run as Administrator”</strong><br />(Right-click the installer and select <strong>Run as administrator</strong>).</li>
