🌧 Hydrology & Analysis — A Major Leap Forward
This update introduces a new generation of hydrology tools designed to directly support real-time flood modeling with higher accuracy and reliability.
• Rainfall–Runoff Simulator
A fully distributed, hydrologically–hydraulically hybrid simulator that models rainfall–runoff processes across entire watersheds.
Despite its high accuracy, it computes extremely fast—providing flow discharge at any upstream cell, which can directly feed real-time flood mapping tools.
This enables pluvial inundation mapping in a blink of an eye.
• Response Hydrograph Tool
Generate and analyze hydrographs instantly at any location.
• Flow Travel Time Calculator & Travel Time Explorer
Understand not just where water flows—but when it arrives, across the entire watershed.
👉 These tools play a key role in making STE’s real-time methods significantly more accurate and reliable.

🌊 2D Simulation & Postprocessing
• Subgrid Analysis Enhancement: Added Water Volume & Flow Discharge (SubV) to postprocessing outputs for detailed rain-on-grid analysis.
• Bed Material Updates: Particle size changes (D16, D50, etc.) are now included in outputs.
🌍 STEGIS & Data Processing
• Rainfall Spatializer Enhancement: Efficiently input large rain gauge datasets.
• Pixel Arithmetic Update: Now supports time-series rasters (Max, Min, Mean, etc.).

• General Improvements: Various bug fixes and system optimizations for better stability and speed.
• Enhanced Connectivity: More stable and responsive client–server communication.
