If you see an error related to Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0:

STE requires the Microsoft Access Database Engine.
Microsoft Access Database Engine is completely free and you can install it from this link:
https://www.hwstr.ir/Download/accessdatabaseengine_X64.exe
